Dear fellow Massage Therapist,
Are you really good at what you do? Have you always
wanted to go out on your own but were afraid to go it

We are a growing, professional massage therapy practice
with space available for another independent licensed
massage therapist. We are looking for a skilled massage
therapist with at least two years of experience and some
existing clientele. The ideal therapist will be
enthusiastic, friendly, reliable, self-motivated, and a
person of high integrity.
We provide the room, massage table, waiting room,
utilities, administrative services, and extra
advertising for new client referrals. You contribute
$4.25 per 1/4 hour treatment unit as rent. There is a
weekly minimum of $75 and a maximum cap of $150 per
week. So after 9 hours of massage each week, you keep
all your profit. And if you work at least 4.5 hours in a
week, the weekly minimum does not apply. For example, if
you do 20 massages at $60 in one week, your net profit
before taxes will be $1050 ($1200 - $150 rent) for just
that week. For 25 massages, it will be $1350.
This is an opportunity to build and expand your private
practice with minimal startup cost and overall risk, and
great potential reward. Your overall success will depend
on your ability to generate and retain a personal
clientele, your dedication, and focus on quality. You
will not be asked to sign a non-competition clause, as
we support the clients' and therapists' freedom of
choice. To help promote a professional image of our
mutual businesses, we only ask that everyone working at
our office charge the same rates as published on our web
site.
