I've been seeing Scott for medical massage for more years than I can count, and there's a reason I keep going back. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He has offered home stretching and care suggestions for my problem areas after working on them, but never steps outside his scope of licensure. If you are seeking an excellent therapeutic massage, look no further. Scott Norris will not disappoint!

October 25, 2023This was my first time getting a massage. I'm not extremely comfortable with men but I wanted somebody strong enough to do a deep massage, so I went to Scott. There was no point where I was uncomfortable with him. He made me feel like I was in a safe space. I really enjoyed the small conversation that we had, because I had asked for no small talk but became more comfortable talking. The massage was therapeutic when I was worried it would be too touchy, but the perfect amount of touch and pressure was used. The music in the background was soothing. And Scott is a genuinely kind man. I was slightly sore leaving; as expected with deep muscle pressure, but after an hour or so, I felt GREAT. I loved the experience and will be back monthly.

April 12, 2023I've been going here for over a year now. Scott does a great job and his prices are reasonable. I had limited mobility in my right arm due to radiation, mastectomy and reconstruction to my pectoral muscles (reaching to the right was painful), just after my first appointment I was able to reach slightly behind myself. I have to stay consistent with stretching and mobility exercises otherwise it tightens up again,but getting massages helps with it as well.

Scott is the best therapeutic masseuse ever, my first time there, I went in because I was in a car accident, not a PT nor Chiropractor could help, my friend told me about Scott and hallelujah! he knew every exact pains location. I highly recommend him he’s amazing! Can’t wait to see him again. Super professional and friendly.

Terrific massage. Masseuse did a great job of asking where to focus and why (athletic recovery, general soreness, etc.) and does a great job. Would highly recommend for anyone.

This isn't a relaxation massage or a workout, Scott is a gifted and experienced therapist who encourages healing. For anyone, but especially anyone who has chronic pain, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Best Massage I've Had! Bree was so friendly & welcoming and I felt at ease instantly. We discussed my needs, I have Parkinsons, and she suggested a combination of deep tissue & reflexology. Bree exerted just the right amount of pressure and the stretching really loosened up my tight muscles & joints. She checked with me to make sure what she was doing was good. I was so relaxed and refreshed afterwards 🙂
The place is actually a small house in Gahanna and is really small but very nicely decorated and functional. The massage room is calming and the temperature is perfect. My only complaint, reason for the 4 of 5 stars, is that since the building is so small you can hear other people talking through the walls. It wasn't loud nor last very long but was a bit distracting but definitely not a reason to go here. I already, after just session, consider her my sole masseuse and have scheduled several future appointments. You should give Bree a try, you'll be so glad you did!!!

Scott has become my friend, therapist, and advisor. He’s the best at his profession.
Customization to my needs is always spot on. Superior knowledge and skill when identifying and helping with pain and flexibility problems. I don’t think I would walk or walk as well, without Scott”s regular help.
Scott paid attention to my comfort levels with the massage and was friendly. Scott was on time.
